WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING ITEMS, UNIHAIR WILL AGREE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND CLIENTS FOR THE PRODUCT IF:
- Exchangeable ONLY when before using
- The hair is tangle, shedding, loosen curl
- Hair length is not enough like the order
- Hair texture/ Color is not correct
UNIHAIR WILL NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT IF:
- Use/ Damaged/ Cut hair
- Change the product pattern
- Not exchange or refund for closure, frontal or wig items
- The Viet Nam technology now can not make small curls like pixels. 100% good (applied to all factories ), sometimes the hair is so dry, sometimes the hair can not keep curl. So if you still want to buy a small curl, buy it at your own risk. We don’t accept returns – refund for small curl orders.
- Because of the nature of handmade products, we will not refund the money in anycase when products were made. Only refund when products are bad and can not be exchange
AND WE ONLY CAN REFUND THROUGH PAYPAL DUE TO GOVERNMENT POLICIES
To avoid the custom taxes in destination country, all packages shipped by UPS/DHL will be informed as “Synthetic hair”, but don’t be attention it because we only sell 100% real Vietnam Human Hair. So any claims about this text in package we don’t accept. If customers don’t like and want fill right name “human hair”, they need to pay for custom taxes when package come to their country to get the goods.
**NOTE: Any changes to the order after 3 days of payment, including color change, length change, type change, or cancellation of the order, will be attempted to be checked by the company, but there is no guarantee that it can be executed because the order has been sent to the manufacturer. Especially, If the customer suddenly cancel the order, the deposit or the entire value of the order will be forfeited without exceptions.
