Sale Policies
- Minimum order for wholesale price list is 1,5kg. If you buy under that, you will get the retail price.
- We just sell the textures in our catalog which we are good at making.
- Customers have to buy at least 300g for each length/texture/type.
- Closure’s longest length is 24”
- The invoice don’t include tax in import country and extra fee such as customs fees, storage fees, far area fees, changing address fees…
- Any changes to the order after 3 days of payment, including color change, length change, type change, or cancellation of the order, will be attempted to be checked by the company, but there is no guarantee that it can be executed because the order has been sent to the manufacturer. Especially, If the customer suddenly cancel the order, the deposit or the entire value of the order will be forfeited without exceptions.
Deposit for pre-order
For frequent customers, you just need to pay 50% of the order value to place an order. The rest of the payment can be sent when the factory finishes your orders and sends pictures to you. Then you can make payment and the order will be shipped.
We can keep your orders 10 days after the point factory finishes your order. After that, the order will be returned to the factory and you lose the deposit money
Restocking
In case you don’t want to take your order because of your own reason. Restocking fee is 30% of total value of order
Please follow the steps below as our suggestion for your orders:
Step 1: Search for your products at our website or social media and choose what you would like to buy.
Step 2: Select your final one and send its name with a detailed description (texture, length, color, quantity…) to our sales members via Whatsapp number or chat directly on the website. We have a professional team expertising in languages such as English, Portuguese, Spanish and Russian to support you the best. We can make a video call to see the samples in our office.
Step 3: Confirm your final decision with us regarding types, description and quantity.
Step 4: We will send order confirmation with an invoice with both hair value and shipping cost.
The invoice don’t include tax in import country and extra fee such as customs fees, storage fees, far area fees, changing address fees…
Step 5: You confirm the invoice and make payment. Our factory will start making it when we get your money.
Step 6: Our factory will update your status of hair production everyday.
Step 7: We make a video call for you to check the quantity of hair when we finish your production. We ONLY SHIP WHEN YOU ARE SATISFIED.
Step 8: Order will be packed properly before sending to Logistics Providers.
